Founder
Jeremy was born and raised in a small town in Kentucky. His grandmother was diagnosed with dementia in her 60’s and as it progressed, she was no longer able to be cared for at home and was subsequently placed in a skilled nursing facility. At the age of 16 Jeremy took a job at that skilled nursing facility learning to be a caregiver and eventually a certified nursing assistant and later served as an activities coordinator. It was during this time he discovered his passion for caring for others, especially those with dementia. He was blessed to have great mentors during this time; fellow caregivers, CNA’s, ED’s, LPN’s and Nurse Managers who educated and trained him on how to care for others properly. Jeremy never lost sight of this and knew that one day he could make a difference in the quality of care provided in senior living communities. Jeremy graduated in 2002 from Thomas Moore College with a BSN in nursing. Thomas Moore is a prestigious private college in Northern Kentucky, well known for its excellence in nursing education. He has worked in a variety of areas during his nursing career; Emergency medicine, Emergency Management, Supervision/Management, Surgery, Psychiatry, Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Hospice and Home Health. Today with the help of others who share in the same mission and beliefs ANDS continues to prosper providing nursing consultation services to senior living communities across the nation.
